Uma das tarefas a fazer na atividade experimental era comparar o coração real com o modelo virtual do corinth classroom, e nesta atividade tínhamos de fazer uma coisa bastante semelhante.
A professore fez um esquema, no Cacoo, em que cada grupo escreveu as semelhanças e/ou diferenças entre o modelo virtual com o coração real, para depois vermos os aspetos a favor e contra do modelo virtual.
Isto foi o que nós achamos:

• O aspeto das aurículas no modelo não corresponde bem ao aspeto na realidade. Pode-se verificar, por exemplo, que as aurículas têm um aspeto de "esponja" (vistos por fora), o que não se pode verificar no modelo;
• As cores não correspondem com a realidade. São muito claras, enquanto que as cores do coração são mais avermelhadas e escuras;
• A parede do ventrículo esquerdo é mais espessa em relação à parede do ventrículo direito e em relação à das aurículas, o que não se verifica com tanta evidência no modelo;
• É pena o modelo estar legendado em inglês, já que assim não podemos estudar com os nomes que aprendemos nas aulas;
• Mesmo assim, o programa é muito bom para estudar o coração, já que é manipulável o que permite visualizar todas as partes deste.

One of the task we had to do in the experimental activity was to compare the real heart with the virtual model from corinth classroom, and in this activity we had to do something quite similar.

Our teacher did a sheme, on Cacoo, where each group wrote similarities and/or diferences between the virtual model and the real heart, so that after this we could see the pros and cons of the virtual model.

This is what we thought:

• The aspect of the adriums in the model doesn´t really match with the aspect in reality. It can me seen, for example, that the atriums have an aspect of a "sponge" (seen from the outside), which can't be verified in the model;
• The colors don't match with the reality. They are to clear, whereas the colors of the real heart are more redish and dark;
• The walls of the left ventricle is thicker comparing to the wall of the right ventricle and comparing to the atriums, which you can't see with that much evidence in the virtual model;
• Unfortinatlym the model is subtitled in English, since the students cannot study with the definitions learned in class;
• Nevertheless, the program is very good to study the heart, since it's manipulatable which allows us to see all parts of this one.
